To access the Chat Support, Select the Help Question Mark and at the top of the page you will see a chat option. The chat option will show you immediately whether there is someone online at that moment or not.
At that point, you should receive a response from us almost immediately.
At that point, your message will be answered by the next support representative that comes online.
Regardless of the icon you see, your question or issue
will be answered as soon as possible by our staff.
